Hydration:

The ability of the human body for taking in water is known as hydration.

Maintain Hydration:

Water plays an important role in our bodies. Our bodies contain 70% water. In our daily lives, we perform any work while maintaining the water level in the body to perform better work.Use ordinary water in any workout; do not use electrolyte-loaded drinks; they have extra calories.If the workout is less than one hour, use tap water. 

Normal hydration:

For healthy men and women, the National Academy of Medicine recommends consuming around 13 cups and 9 cups of fluids daily, respectively; one cup is equivalent to eight ounces. People who engage in vigorous activity or are exposed to extremely heated temperatures may require higher dosages

Dehydration:

Sometimes not drinking enough fluids or losing more fluids than you are consuming could result in dehydration. Sweating, weeping, vomiting, urinating, or diarrhea all result in fluid loss. Dehydration severity can vary depending on several factors, including food, degree of physical activity, and climate.
